Ministry of Education issues a new notification banning segregation

On 3rd of March 2010, Ministry of Education issued the Notification no. 28463 regarding the prevention and elimination of segregation of Roma children, some measures for mantaining the classes in the minority languages/ study of the mother tongue in Romanian Educational System. Roma ACCESS launces a methodology for after-school centers

This methodology represents a model developed and applied by Roma ACCESS, for the "after-school" educational centers. This publication doesn"t intend to have an academic approach, but rather be a practical guide that can support other entities (NGOs, public institutions etc) who wish to establish such centers. In the following period we will develop this methodology so it will cover more aspects regarding establishment and administration of such centers.
